Soirée Médias

CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Gala Dynastie celebrates and highlights the exceptional achievements of personalities from Black communities in Quebec who are renowned in the fields of media, arts and culture. Presented in two parts: Soirée Médias and Soirée Culture, these events honour the richness and diversity of Black talents that transcend borders while highlighting their important contribution in those industries.

EVENT OBJECTIVE:
The Soirée Médias of Gala Dynastie celebrates and highlights the exceptional achievements of personalities from Black communities in Quebec who are renowned in the fields of media. The evening is hosted by Naadei.

MANDATE:
Cachet's mandate included backstage logistics (ensuring artists, team and everything in between were taken care of, ensuring proper flow of program, supplier logistics) as well as black carpet logistics (supplier logistics, ensuring proper and continuous flow of guests on the black carpet liaising with communications and pr team on site).

FLOW OF EVENT:
Guests arrived at 5ème salle in Place Des Arts at 6pm to walk the black carpet and get photographed and interviewed by notable journalists, grab a cocktail and then make their way to the hall for the show at 8pm.
The show was hosted by Naadei, performances included singers Catherine Souffrant, Tabi Yosha and pianist Kepler JR. Following the event, the guests had the opportunity to stay on site to mingle, grab a drink and take photos on the black carpet once more.
