This client already has a trusted reputation, but we’ve taken their social media strategy in a new direction by prioritizing the people behind the brand and not just the services they offer.

Client Testimonials
Typically, 70% of purchasing decisions are influenced after reading positive reviews about a product or service. With this in mind, we made sure to put the real feedback from customers on a pedestal. In turn, sharing these experiences has helped build trust and shown a more human side to the brand.
Team Tips & Tricks
With over three decades of experience, it was only second nature to maximize the wealth of knowledge the team has. By sharing this expertise we were able to remain informative with creative and engaging posts while simultaneously positioning the client as a leader and a trusted voice in their field.
Filler posts
As opposed to what many would think, instead of the main focus revolving around the services they offer, we flipped the script. Services became secondary, acting as filler posts– almost as subtle reminders like, “Hey, now that you love us for who we are, here’s what we can do for you.”
Along with these three content pillars, we implemented a creative approach to our usual reel strategy. Our short 5-7 second videos use dynamic b-roll footage and overlay text. This concept makes the videos perfect for grabbing attention and encouraging engagement (not to mention the multiple plays you’ll get due to the duration). However, let’s not get this confused with the typical short video and random text overlay that we tend to see as we’re mindlessly scrolling. The text needs to be pertinent to the brand and something that will entice users to save or share the content.
